So we were heading back to California after a week in Central Mi visiting family. While we were waiting for our flight we opted to eat here as we were directly across from it.
It was good. There is no other way of putting it. We were happy with the quality as well as quantity of our grub (two of us shared a chicken Parmesan).
I can't say I will rushing across the country for this joint but will def hit it up the next time I am at GRR waiting for a flight. -

We experienced great customer service as we custom ordered several items due to food allergies. They were open early for our 7am flight out, so that was nice. Food is healthy and reasonably priced.

I've been to this establishment going out 3 times now. I generally ordered a turkey sandwich and grab a water to go. The turkey sandwiches not too bad it has lettuce tomato Swiss cheese on a wheat bun. Getting pretty tasty for the price a little over $11 for the sandwich and a bottle of water. I tend to grab some condiments to throw on there to make it just a little bit more tasty.

Never ever eat here! If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady behind the counter was very rude. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese tomatoes and onions. My bagel was not toasted and had the most miniscule amount of cream cheese and the smallest peices of tomato and onions imaginable. When I complained she threatened to call the police. I did not yell or curse I simply asked her to remedy the situation. If you need a place to eat at the Grand Rapids airport go somewhere nicer like McDonald's.

Super duper slow service. A must pass if flight is boarding within 30 minutes of placing order. I was disappointed with service. Better off ordering something pre-made from somewhere else.
